N.HOOLYWOOD Test Product Exchange Service Leans Into Layering for Sixth FW24 Release

Daisuke Obana’s N.HOOLYWOOD Test Product Exchange Service has been grinding out its winter gear this season, with now a total of six Fall/Winter 2024 drops to date. Once again, N.HOOLYWOOD Test Product Exchange Service has offered up more otherworldly outerwear that prioritizes accessibility.

Directly inspired by the layering system used by the U.S. Army Special Forces, the utilitarian collection, above all, is tactical. Pocketing is everywhere, attached generously to the monochromatic mélange of military-esque shells, liners, fleece jackets and other outdoor gear.

"We've developed a collection that combines the functional beauty of military wear picked up from the perspective of N.HOOLYWOOD TPES regardless of country or age, along with unique patterning, materials, accessories, and color extraction," the label conveyed in a release.

Leading the jacket delivery is a CWU-45/P-inspired flight jacket, boasting a detachable hood and a quilted-padded interior lining. Other notable jackets include the mod coat – inspired by the Swedish military's M-90 cold weather parka – which comes in two different lengths, as well as the quilted blouson that looks to the details of the Swedish military's boa liners.
