Home prices rebound slightly in October

Home prices rose in October after five months of falls, according to government data released on Wednesday. Figures from the Rating and Valuation Department showed private residential prices rose 0.6 percent month-on-month. In September, prices dropped to their lowest level in eight years. Rents in October recorded their first fall since February, dropping 0.3 percent month-on-month.
