ITV This Morning viewers have same complaint about 'messed up' Easter special

This Morning guest balances huge Easter bonnet on his head

ITV's This Morning always has a variety of different segments throughout the show. However viewers were not enamoured of the Good Friday offering describing it as "messed up".

Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary hosted the edition which opened with a chat with John Evans who is famous for being able to carry huge weights on his head. It set the tone for the show which had people scratching their head in disbelief at what they were watching.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter they made their feelings known. @2MetreDistance said: "I haven't woken up yet have I? This is just one of those random messed up dreams #ThisMorning."

@kyrstie_o opined: "#ThisMorning is low on topics today clearly." @LenzoToggz was not amused by any of the guests writing: "#ThisMorning I think they might be just pulling in passers by at this point."

Meanwhile @dariquo1 opined: "Its Friday we have run out s*** , so............... #thismorning." @schon74 concurred commenting: "F*** me they saved all the s*** for friday havent they #ThisMorning"

John wore a giant Easter bonnet in his segment and the strange features didn't end there.

During the news review the presenters found themselves sampling a cheese and chololate pizza.

They then spoke to a couple in America who run the world's only Bunny Museum and who are in the Guinness Book Of Records as having the world's largest bunny collection.

This led to lots of bemused comments from viewers who found it tedious and bizarre.

The show also paid a visit to a farm to meet some newborn lambs. However this backfired when some viewers pointed out that the show had featured lamb cooking segments during the week.

Later in the show they also welcomed a young boy who was a Pokemon champion.

In one of the few celebrity chats on the programme I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here winner Sam Thompson and best friend Pete Wicks appeared promoting their podcast tour.

Things got even more bizarre near the end of the show as Josie and Dermot played a game which saw them smashing eggs on their head if they got a question wrong.

This Morning is on ITV weekdays at 10am.
