As Cyberport’s Info Sessions on December 3 and 5 approach, now is the time to explore how these schemes can pave the way for your entrepreneurial journey. Empowering start-ups from concept to scale  Cyberport’s flagship programmes, CCMF and CIP, are designed to nurture start-ups across different development phases.  While CCMF provides an initial HK$100,000 grant to help innovators develop proof-of-concept prototypes over six months, CIP offers more comprehensive support.  With a grant of up to HK$500,000 over two years, CIP supports start-ups with office space, business training, mentorship and direct access to corporate networks and investors. The impact of these programmes is already visible. In line with Hong Kong’s smart city ambitions, Cyberport received HK$265 million in government funding to launch the Cyberport Incubation Programme for Smart Living Start-ups (CIP-SLSs) in 2023.   This initiative aims to nurture an average of 90 or more Smart Living start-ups annually in five years, driving Hong Kong’s smart city development.  Like other participants in the CIP programme, each Smart Living start-up involved will be eligible for grants, office space and strategic support, provided that their solutions are aimed at developing technology that improves people's livelihoods.  Contributing to Hong Kong's smart city ambitions  Cyberport’s Smart Living cluster now comprises over 800 companies,…
