ITV Loose Women's Kaye Adams halts show with 'huge announcement'

Loose Women: Kaye Adams teases 'huge announcement'

Next week promises to be a thrilling one for the Loose Women crew, teases presenter Kaye Adams after Friday's show concluded.

She excitedly shared with fans: "Two Loose legends are stopping by too when Andrea and Sherrie pop in. As if that wasn't enough, we have got a huge announcement about the biggest thing that we have ever done here on Loose."

Judi Love was tasked with secretly disclosing the upcoming surprise to guest star Craig Revel Horwood, who, upon hearing it, exclaimed: "Am I? That sounds absolutely A-MA-ZING. I cannot wait, darling!"

Kaye capped off the reveal by enticing viewers further: "You won't want to miss it! Have a great weekend." The Loose Women panel's big reveal remains under wraps until next week's episode.

During their discussion, they spoke to Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig and chatted about the latest on the BBC dance contest as the series progresses towards its climax.

Olivia Attwood expressed how Pete Wicks' last placement on the leaderboard caused her heartache, given her close ties to the Strictly hopeful.

With Pete scoring 27 points for his flashy Cha Cha, clad in neon pink PVC trousers and matching sparkly accessories, empathy poured in, reports the Mirror.

Craig responded to Olivia with his signature candour: "Oh really? Mine (heart) broke for him in fact. I mean there was nothing I could do about that performance was there. I mean, he's great though I love him. I absolutely love him and he's so brave to get out there."

The Strictly judge expressed genuine enjoyment for this season during his chat with the Loose panel, heaping praise on the contestants.

Kaye asked for his thoughts by adding: "So Chris (McCausland) to win?"

Craig replied:"Well, he's got every opportunity, hasn't he? I think he's very, very popular with the crowd and as we know, it's up to the wonderful people at home isn't it really?

"I think the people at home should be given the opportunity to be in charge of it all. We're really there just for guidance."

Chris McCausland currently leads as the bookie's top pick for winning the show, with odds from William Hill placing him at 1/5.

Speaking for William Hill, Lee Phelps commented: "There's no stopping Chris McCausland in the Strictly outright market and the comedian seems to already have one hand on the Glitterball Trophy.

"Despite there being four weeks left, McCausland trades at just 1/5 to win this year's series, giving him serious breathing space in the betting ahead of Sarah Hadland (9/2) and Tasha Ghouri (10/1)."

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday on BBC One from 7:05pm

Loose Women continues weekdays on ITV from 12:30pm.
