OMEGA Launches New Seamaster Diver 300M Watch Series
With the new Seamaster Diver 300M Series, OMEGA continues to refresh its culturally iconic timepieces. This time, the brand steers away from ceramic - a familiar material that dominated the model in recent years - and sought inspiration from its rich history with the James Bond film franchise. Specifically, the new watches reference a particular special edition worn by 007 in the film, No Time To Die: the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition.
Encased in stainless steel, the new models arrive in a 42mm case diameter with a 13.8mm thickness. Available in two dial variants, the timepiece is offered in black aluminum with a wave pattern or silver-gray steel with a brushed finish. The bezel also comes in two options, one with an anodized aluminum steel insert, while the other comes with a laser-ablated titanium insert.
As indicated in its name, the Seamaster Diver 300M is capable of withstanding up to 300 meters underwater. It runs on OMEGA’s own 8806 caliber, geared with Co-Axial escapement, free-sprung balance with silicon balance spring, complete with 55 hours of power reserve.
The timepiece is offered in two different strap options, retailing at $6,500 USD on a mesh bracelet and $5,900 USD on rubber. All variants are currently available now via OMEGA’s webstore.
