Perth mother accused of starving daughter denies orange marks on skin were signs of malnutrition

A mother accused of starving her daughter tells a Perth court she thought the orange marks around her mouth were due to the teenager's appetite for carrots and pumpkin, not because she was malnourished, as a doctor advised.
