Victorian Greens MP Sam Hibbins stepping down from party after engaging in relationship with staffer

Member for Prahran Sam Hibbins said he had breached party room rules by engaging in a consensual relationship with a staffer from his office, with the Victorian Greens leader condemning his behaviour.
