Mt. Juliet's Gettler finishes fourth in state golf

Oct. 15—SEVIERVILLE — Mt. Juliet's Cooper Gettler finished fourth in the Class AA boys state golf tournament last Thursday and Friday at Sevierville Golf Club. The senior shot 1-under 143 for the two rounds — 72 Thursday and 71 Friday. He was two strokes behind third-place Tucker Wick of East Hamilton. Cookeville's Owen Hill won with a 139.
