Kawhi Leonard is out for Game 4 of the LA Clippers' series against the Dallas Mavericks.

Leonard had been listed as questionable for Sunday's game as he is dealing with inflammation in his surgically repaired right knee. That injury kept Leonard out for 22 days before he returned and logged 35 minutes in Game 2.

Clippers team president Lawrence Frank on Sunday called Leonard's inflammation "tricky" and said there's no timetable for when the star wing will be able to return.

Leonard gutted out 25 minutes and finished with nine points and nine rebounds in the Clippers' 101-90 loss in Game 3 on Friday night. After that game he revealed that the inflammation in his knee did not respond the way he had hoped after Game 2.

"When you watch him play, it was very obvious that is not Kawhi Leonard," Frank said Sunday.

The Clippers are down 2-1 to the Mavericks in the best-of-seven series.
