Bargain Hunt fans all made the same complaint as Caroline Hawley helped her team in record time.

BBC presenter Charlie Ross welcomed married couple Sheila and Robbie on the red team, meanwhile partners Jane and Mike made up the blue team. The contestants were given some valuable advice while they had £300 and an hour to spend on antique goodies.

Antique experts Caroline Hawley and John Cameron were on hand as the teams scouted around markets in Devon for the biggest bargains of the day, with the aim of making a profit.

As always one item must cost £75 or more and host Charlie set the challenges of an item made with a cast or mould for the reds and an item with a lens for the blues.

All of the contestants were keen to get started, with Shelia and Robbie securing items in a super-fast time. In a voiceover, Charlie said: "Nice work reds... All three items bought in just half an hour."

Meanwhile, the blues had bought a tableware set for £50, a magnifying glass for £11 and a retro fire extinguisher lamp for £75.

Caroline's speediness didn't end there as Charlie asked her what she was going to do with the team's remaining money. She replied: "I'm going to do it as quick as you." They all laughed as Charlie said that Caroline was off to be "speedy speedy fast" with the funds.

Eventually all of the reds items sold, giving them a total profit of £16. The blue team ended the game with a total profit of £77, crowning them as today's winners.
