Two killed, one injured in highway smash

Two people died and another was injured on Thursday after their car crashed into a barrier on a highway near Siu Lam. Police said the accident happened on Tuen Mun Road at around 3am. It's thought the male driver lost control of the vehicle, which was seriously damaged in the smash. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while a male passenger in the car was certified dead at Tuen Mun Hospital. A female passenger in the car remained unconscious.
