World snooker number one Judd Trump has become a Hong Kong resident through the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme. His move comes two months after another British superstar from the sport, Ronnie O'Sullivan, did the same. In a video released by Hong Kong Talent Engage, the government's office to attract talent, Trump, 35, said he was looking forward to making new friends in the SAR. "I love just being around the hustle and bustle of people. For me I really enjoy the energy in Hong Kong," he said. "So I love to be around people and I love to see people thrive and go about their business." The office quoted Trump as saying he loves everything about the SAR from the food, the people and the buildings, and these are what inspired him to be in the city. A world snooker champion in 2019, Trump has won 30 major titles so far during his career. Local and British media earlier reported that Trump has been dating local show host and former figure skater Maisy Ma and that they spend time in both Hong Kong and Dubai.
