Neighbor parks in homeowner's front yard declaring it to be a "community parking area," gets towed :'She parked in my front yard'

Simply declaring something to be true doesn't automatically make it so… and if you want to use your neighbor's property as your personal parking space, you can't just tell them that you've decided it's community property. Therefore, you have the righ
