I'm A Celeb: Dean McCullough quits bush tucker trial
I'm A Celebrity fans are convinced Ant McPartlin 'dislikes' one of the contestants.
Tonight, the newest instalment of the jungle show aired on ITV, with hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly hosting all the latest news and gossip from the jungle. Dean took on a new trial today called Lethal Lab.
As part of the trial, he had to try and win stars for camp - after two unsuccessful performances so far. The first time he shouted I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, and the second time, him and GK Barry ended up with no stars.
Now fans are convinced Ant dislikes Dean after spotting a clue during the trial.
One fan wrote: "Ant cant stand Dean #ImACeleb," whilst a second added: "Ant shouldn't play poker. His face is saying what we all feel #ImACeleb." A third penned: " Ant can’t even remotely hide his disdain for Dean #imaceleb."
"Anyone feel like Ant & Dec don’t like Dean? Especially Ant #ImACelebrity #ImACeleb," a fourth added, with a fifth writing: "I’m done with Dean. Even Ant and Dec are beyond done with him. Never seen them this disappointed in a contestant before."
The tweets continued, as one fan spotted: "Ant said on Extra Jungle last night the amount of work that goes into the trials and then for Dean not to even make an effort #imaceleb." Another wrote: "Ant can’t stand Dean, he is making it very obvious #ImACeleb."
During the trila today, Dean admitted it "wasn't looking good" as he saw what he had to face. He first managed to combine two liquids to create a chemical reaction, where he won two stars easily for camps.
He then moved on to the containment areas, where he had to collect stars using his mouth only, whilst joined by cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, giant lizards, snakes and spiders. He managed to win 2 stars for camp in the first and third areas, before calling the infamous phrase I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here in the fifth containment.
After the trial, Ant and Dec appeared live where they fumed over Dean not doing the trial. Explaining that if he had just let them tell him about the fish guts, he wouldn't have panicked.
Both Ant and Dec seemed frustrated as they explained how Dean had taken on the spiders and snakes, but called out the famous phrase during the fish guts because he didn't know what was on his head.
