Poldark: Ross and Demelza split teased in finale trailer
Poldark, the BBC series that stole viewers' hearts at its peak, has left fans wondering about the whereabouts of its cast.
The show, based on Winston Graham's popular novel series first published in the 1940s, centres around the charismatic Ross Poldark (portrayed by Aidan Turner) who returns from the American Revolutionary War to find his father dead, his estate in ruins and his girlfriend betrothed to another man, forcing him to start afresh.
Five years have passed since the conclusion of Poldark after five seasons, and fans are keen to know what has become of the cast.

Ross Poldark - Aidan Turner
Aidan Turner, the leading man of the BBC drama, played the heartthrob Ross Poldark.
Since bidding farewell to his role as the 18th-century hunk, the Irish actor has featured in several popular series, including Leonardo, Toast of Tinseltown, The Suspect, and Fifteen Love.
He is currently starring in the Disney+ drama Rivals, playing TV presenter Declan O'Hara. The drama was fully released on Friday, October 18.
Turner tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend, Caitlin Fitzgerald, a year after leaving Poldark. The couple met on the set of the fantasy film The Man Who Killed Hitler.
