Hosted by Crosstown Concerts, the special fundraiser is due to take place at the O2 Academy Brixton on Friday December 13 for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Former Jam frontman and soloist Weller curated the line-up – which boasts Primal Scream, Kneecap and Nottingham singer-songwriter Liam Bailey (who recently supported Weller on his 2024 UK tour).

Per a press release, more artists are to be announced in the coming weeks.

Tickets go on general sale at 10am GMT this Friday (November 15) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. An O2 Priority pre-sale goes live at the same time tomorrow (Wednesday November 13).

The upcoming ‘Gig For Gaza’ show will bring together “some extraordinary talent to raise much-needed funds and awareness” amid the ongoing Israeli–Palestinian conflict.

All proceeds from the event will go directly to MAP (Medical Aid For Palestinians) and Gaza Forever. Both charities provide essential aid – including food, medical supplies and emergency shelter – for those suffering in Gaza.

“This is an opportunity to enjoy a night of powerful music, and make a tangible difference in the lives of people facing unimaginable hardship,” a description reads. “Every ticket and donation counts.”

The concert will also feature guest speakers and short films. Additionally, the official artwork was designed by Robert Del Naja of Massive Attack – who have consistently used their platform to demand an immediate end to the brutal occupation and oppression of the Palestinian people.

Over the summer, Primal Scream collaborated on a new shirt design for a Palestinian refugee football team, based on their classic record ‘Screamadelica’.

In May, Paul Weller expressed his support for Palestine by saying that he was “against genocides and ethnic cleansing”. His recent live shows have seen him perform onstage with a Palestinian flag draped over his guitar amp.

Meanwhile, Primal Scream recently announced a 2025 UK and Ireland headline tour in support of their new album ‘Come Ahead’.
