Supreme Expands Online Shop to New Regions in Asia

On October 26 at 10 a.m. local time, Supreme will open its online shop to several new regions in Asia, including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan Region and Singapore.

The streetwear heavyweight's digital expansion comes after the company was acquired by French-Italian eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica in July. The parent label purchased Supreme from VF Corporation for $1.5 billion USD in cash, adding the New York-born imprint to its ever-expanding Rolodex, which already includes brands like Ray-Ban and Oakley.

Supreme operates 17 retail stores across the US, Asia, and Europe, and it has long managed its online business, which is crucial to the success of its drops-based model, in several global regions. However, the brand's online shop has not been available in the aforementioned Asian regions until now.

The expansion will bolster the growth of the James Jebbia-founded label, which aims to expand under EssilorLuxottica's ownership. Notably, Jebbia expressed his support for the acquisition, as he believes it will allow Supreme "to focus on its brand, products and customers," according to Business of Fashion. The sale came after VF Corporation acquired Supreme in 2020 in a $2.1 billion USD deal with the Carlyle Group.

You can access Supreme's online shop here and on the Supreme mobile app, available on both iOS and Android.
