Bronson Reed Says Seth Rollins Attack Did More For Him Than Any Match

In an interview with The Overnight Crowd (via Fightful), Bronson Reed spoke about his attack on Seth Rollins on WWE TV last month and how it impacted his career. He noted that it did more for him than any match could have.

He said: “It’s one of those things where I’ve always been the guy that everyone looked at as an in-ring talent where they could put anyone with me and I’d have a good match. Whether I’m wrestling a cruiserweight or someone like Braun Strowman, I’ve always been able to have good matches with anyone. You always need something else apart from being a match guy to make you stand out. I feel like that had more impact than any match I could have had, going out there and destroying Seth Rollins in front of people. The way I did it as well. It wasn’t just one Tsunami and leave. It was constant, over and over. By the time I got up there for the fifth or sixth Tsunami, the people in the audience who love Seth Rollins, were cheering for me to do more. As soon as I did that sixth one, they started booing me and cheering for him again. It shows the power of that move.“
