Family seeks answers after 28yo woman dies by suicide in Sydney's Liverpool Hospital

To celebrate the last day of Chinese New Year, Florence Le's family picked her up from the mental health facility she was staying. Two days later, the mother and piano teacher died by suicide inside Sydney's Liverpool Hospital.
