Emmerdale Tom King's dark discovery leaves Belle Dingle in serious danger
Belle Dingle's "terrifying reality" comes to light in upcoming scenes on Emmerdale. On Tuesday May 7, ITV will air a special episode of the soap showing two different perspectives of the same day.
The audience will watch a dinner party but in two halves; one from the perspective of Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) from the dinner table and one from the perspective of Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) and Tom (James Chase) from the kitchen.
Before the dinner party, Belle sneaks to a doctor appointment to organise her contraceptive prescription. An anxious Belle explains to Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker) that she doesn’t want it sent to her home like her other medication.

Tom makes a discovery in the kitchen (Image: ITV)When Vanessa and Paddy (Dominic Brunt) arrive in the nick of time she swiftly orchestrates the correct blood tests and it turns out to be an abscess. As the furious customer heads out, Tom starts playing the victim.
He claims Vanessa makes him feel unwelcome at the practice before suddenly inviting the vet staff and their partners to a dinner party. Tom returns home furious after his terrible day and tells Belle about the dinner party at their house tomorrow.
The dinner party arrives as Belle puts the finishing touches together. But a critical Tom asks her to change into a more appropriate outfit, and she compliantly heads upstairs.
Tom makes a discovery in the kitchen, but before he can confront Belle, the guests start to arrive. Later when Belle goes upstairs Tom joins her in the bathroom and is threatening.

Discussing what fans can expect from the one-off episode, Eden said: "I think you can expect to see everything escalate throughout the episode.
"You'll see how easily Tom can switch on and off and how he truly feels and his anger towards Belle. You'll get a glimpse into Belle's terrifying reality."
