Earlier this week, Chance the Rapper took to his socials to unveil some behind-the-scenes footage of his forthcoming Star Line Gallery project, showcasing some of the mixtape's suspected featured artists including Lil Wayne and T-Pain. Chance then took to his Instagram to tease "Buried Alive" two days after dropping the project's teaser, asking "should I drop a video?" – today, he dropped the video.

"Buried Alive" is a YouTube-exclusive offering, not yet available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music or any other DSPs.

"I was in a dark space, between a rock and a hard place / Knew I was alive when my heart raced / Buried alive, but very alive / They'd be very surprised to find out Harry survived / The boy who lived got tied up for marryin’ / Tryna ride off into the sunset with nary goodbye," he begins on the jazzy beat.

In the black-and-white visual, Chance – suited up in a technical spacesuit – delivers the track while trapped in a box that reads "Star Line, Destination: The Titan."

"I was in a dark place, it was me and my pen / None of my friends, none of my kin / None of my weapons, one of my limbs / One of my arms, I made a beat with my elbow first," he continues.

Once he escapes confinement, it's revealed he's on a spaceship, and a "Star Line" title card hits the screen.
