BBC Beyond Paradise 'confirms' Martha and Humphrey's fate as series ends

BBC's Beyond Paradise seems to have confirmed Martha Lloyd's (played by Sally Bretton) and Humphrey Goodman's (Kris Marshall) fate in first-look pictures from tonight's final episode. The couple, particularly cafe owner Martha, have faced their fair share of trials, including a heartbreaking miscarriage - but could this be their happy ending?

One photo shows the cafe owner and DI surrounded by their friends and family on the beach, indicating they finally got wed. Another snapshot features Margo (Felicity Montagu), Kelby (Dylan Llewellyn), and Esther (Zahra Ahmadi) on the beach, seemingly ready for the nuptials.

The third image shows Humphrey and a small child standing together, could this mean the couple are finally able to foster a child despite struggling to conceive a baby of their own?

The episode synopsis, set to air on Friday, reveals: "Humphrey and Martha's wedding day finally arrives, with the lavish affair organised by Anne - whose plans feel far grander than anything either of them actually wanted.

"Meanwhile, there's no rest for the Shipton Abbott team members who have to deal with the theft of a valuable museum piece and a nefarious pair of cyber criminals before they can join in the celebrations.

Ahead of the season finale, fans took to social media to share their thoughts about the series coming to an end,

Many pleaded with show bosses to produce eight episodes as six is not enough.

Taking to X, one fan said: "This needed to be more than six episodes. And definitely series 3 #BeyondParadise."
