Players are becoming more creative with their sneaker selection over halfway through the first round of the 2024 NBA playoffs.
In a chippy Game 3 against the LA Clippers, Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic was impactful in all offensive aspects. Doncic, 25, led Dallas to a 101-90 win over the Clippers on Friday to boost the Mavericks to a 2-1 lead in their first-round series. The win for Doncic, however, began when he arrived at the American Airlines Center in his wrapped 1968 Chevrolet Camaro.

The Camaro was a teaser for the 6-foot-7 guard's new signature shoe, the Jordan Luka 3. Doncic debuted the "Midnight Racer" colorway that same night and led the Mavericks in scoring with 22 points.

LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers
After James wore a black and white colorway of his LeBron 21 "Prime Year" sneakers that serve as a tribute both to his 21 seasons in the NBA and NFL legend Deion Sanders, James doubled back with a red and white colorway in Game 3 of the Lakers' first-round series against the Denver Nuggets.
Jalen Brunson, New York Knicks
The Knicks jumped out to a 2-0 series lead over the Philadelphia 76ers. But on Thursday, New York suffered its first loss in the series after Joel Embiid posted a 50-point performance.
Brunson led the Knicks in scoring with 39 points and added 13 assists. He did so in a DeMar DeRozan exclusive Nike Kobe 6 PE "Fiesta Theme," inspired by DeRozan's time with the San Antonio Spurs.
Tyler Herro, Miami Heat
The Heat caught fire when they set a franchise playoff record with 23 made 3-pointers in their 111-101 Game 2 win over the Boston Celtics. Herro's 24 points -- 18 on triples -- led the Heat.
Herro wore a gold-trimmed, black colorway of New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu's signature "Sabrina 1" shoe, which has been taking the NBA by storm.
P.J. Tucker, LA Clippers
Tucker's shoe collection is like a box of chocolates -- you never know what you'll get. Tucker, 38, wore a classic all-black pair of the Nike Kobe 3 during warmups of Game 2 against the Mavericks.
