Canada Post, union talks ongoing with no strike notice but CUPW says it could be issued if talks break down

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers could have been in a legal strike position as of Sunday, after a cooling-off period in the contract talks ended the day before. The Crown corporation presented its latest offer last week, but failed to impress the
