Fans of BBC's Saturday Kitchen shared similar complaints over the presenters this morning (December 21). Matt Tebbutt was joined by chefs Jay Rayner, Poppy O'Toole, Anna Haugh and Jeremy Lee with special guest Harry Hill also making an appearance.
But it was the way that the presenter interacted with one guest in particular that sparked complaints with fans saying that it created "awkward" viewing. The TV chef teamed up with Anna as they made a beautiful dish together with her talking him through what she was doing.
Throughout the segment, fans at home pointed out how well they were getting on. Anna had showered Matt in compliments as he helped her create the dish and the pair giggled together every now and then.
However, fans on social media didn't seem best pleased. Posting to X/Twitter, one wrote: "Loving Harry Hill on #SaturdayKitchen. He's hilarious. And Anna and Matt together always bring 'couple on brink of divorce at a party' passive aggressive awkward vibes."
Another added: "#saturdaykitchen There's unfinished business between Matt and Anna...," to which someone replied: "It’s actually awkward to watch."

While one more said: "The Anna and Matt flirting is another level this morning #SaturdayKitchen." And someone else pointed out: "There’s definitely appears to be a frisson of sexual tension between Matt and Anna…#saturdaykitchen."
"Definitely some chemistry between Matt and Anna #saturdaykitchen," noted one more fan.
Previously the Irish cook has admitted that it is "a joy" to work alongside Matt. In an episode of the cooking show, back in September, Anna had appeared to promote her new cookbook, and prepared a pork dish for the panel with Matt's help.
After a bit of banter on set, she admitted: "You know what Matt? It's a joy to cook with you because my heart is always racing."

Anna also recently praised Matt and the wider Saturday Kitchen team as she took to Instagram. Sharing a collage of videos and pictures, the chef wrote: "Ah me aul pal Matt.
"We've been joking and laughing at each other for donkeys years now. While we have been having so much fun, I've also gotten to meet hero's of mine and people that I truly respect and admire.
"The team that work on Saturday kitchen are the best in the business. #saturdaykitchen #chef #fun #friends."
