Jeremy Clarkson voted UK's sexiest man for second year in a row
Good Morning Britain's Ed Balls appeared horrified as he learned that Clarkson's Farm star Jeremy Clarkson had been voted the sexiest man in Britain for the second year in a row. His jaw dropped as reporter Sean Fletcher announed the news.
"I'm beginning to think we're doing it wrong Ed," Sean told the stunned host. "Because I haven't been modelling myself on Clarkson at all. Have you? Should I?"
Looking perturbed Ed leaned across the desk and said: "I don't understand it. Are we talking about being sexy....And Jeremy Clarkson is the sexiest? It's like saying that I'm the fittest 20-year-old in the world. It stretches credulity!"
Acknowledging that they might be not understanding it Ed asked Ranvir Singh to explain but she seemed equally bemused. "I don't know," she said. "Myabe having a little gut and walking around on a farm.
However she concluded: "Each to their own. There is someone out there for everybody. That's what I beleive. I'm astonished it made the news but it is, in fact, quite newsworthy."
Viewers seemed to be as surprised with the result as the hosts and they took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share.
@MarieCh73893915 opined: "I am really surprised as there is nothing sexy about Jeremy. It has to be a joke, surely."
@LauraKa20931047 admitted: "Just finished watching series 3 of clarksons farm and I spent the entire series thinking “I wish he’d sort his eyebrows out” so, it’s a no from me!"
@londonlad1966 simply stated: "Those people who have voted Jeremy Clarkson the sexiest man in uk must be bloody blind."

However other viewers felt that Ed was taking personal umbrage at the resule.
@amscanlon commented: "This morning on #GMB Ed Balls seems personally affronted that Jeremy Clarkson has been voted Britain’s Sexiest Man for the second year in a row. Ladies & gay men, which would you choose Clarkson or Balls?
@happybird_y observed: "Ed’s looking very upset. He obviously thought it was going to be him!"
Meanwhile@Anita56901612 agreed with thee resutl gushing: "I love him! Always have. I would rather go for a date with him than you lot! He is funny, sharp, clever and massively successful and you are simply jealous and so focus on the look ( yours far from perfect to be fair) well done Jeremy."
