Yellowstone star Kelsey Asbille worked with some iconic Disney stars more than a decade ago, launching her career in the entertainment industry.
The 32-year-old actress has been portraying Monica Long, the wife of the youngest Dutton sibling Kayce Dutton (played by Luke Grimes) since Yellowstone launched in 2018.
As a member of the family living on the Broken Rock Indian Reservation, their families have been at loggerheads long before either of them were born so it hasn’t always been easy.
Monica and Kayce really had a difficult time though in the first half of season five when they lost their baby shortly after he was born, due to a car accident.
So only time will tell on how they’ll be able to move forward, going into the part two of the fifth and final series but Asbille’s career began years prior to the world of Yellowstone hitting Paramount Network.

She has been in Pair of Kings, Teen Wolf, Embeds, Gaslight and Fargo, to name just a few of her previous work.
It all began for Asbille though in 2008 when she was just was 16 years old as she starred in an episode of Disney’s memorable The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
In the hit children’s show, twin brothers Zack (Dylan Sprouse) and Cody Martin (Cole Sprouse) move into The Tipton hotel when their mum starts working there and quickly find themselves up to mischief.
The Yellowstone actress portrayed a character called Dakota who was Zack’s girlfriend but only appeared in one season three episode entitled Romancing The Phone.

Both of the Sprouse brothers have gone on to do other major work, with Dylan starring in Beautiful Disaster, Tyger Tyger and The Duel.
Whereas his twin Cole is probably best known for portraying Jughead Jones in The CW’s Riverdale, as well as the romantic drama, Five Feet Apart.
London Tipton star Brenda Song has been in The Social Network and Dollface, while Maddie Fitzpatrick’s Ashley Tisdale is known for Sharpay in the High School Musical franchise.
Following her time on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Asbille featured in another well known series for slightly older viewers.
Why did Harry and Meghan make a Netflix series about their life?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have found themselves at the centre of public attention since they took a step back from senior royal duties in 2020.
In a trailer for the Netflix series about them, Prince Harry told viewers that “no one sees what’s happening behind closed doors” in a reference to how their lives may differ from what the public think about the couple. Meghan adds: “When the stakes are this high, doesn’t it make more sense to hear our story from us?”.
Reports suggested the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could receive up to $100 million for making the show, although this has been disputed and the true figure is unknown.
She portrayed Gigi in the teen drama One Tree Hill between 2005 and 2009 who was the co-anchor of Mouth McFadden’s (Lee Norris) commentaries on the Ravens’ basketball games.
Later on in the show, Gigi became his girlfriend, after spending a lot of time working together.
Fast-forward to 2024 and going by her IMDb page, Asbille is currently working a horror called Don’t Move with Luckiest Girl Alive star Finn Wittrock.
