On May 2, Limited Edt brought a burst of creativity and culture to Singapore with its "Terrace Takeover" block party, celebrating the adidas Originals Terrace collection. Held at MDLR, the event spotlighted the iconic Samba, Gazelle and Spezial shoes.

The "Terrace Takeover" showcased the craftsmanship and originality of Singapore's diverse creatives, drawing inspiration from the community-driven ethos of Terrace footwear. Attendees were treated to an array of artistic expressions and interactive experiences.

Feroze McLeod of Pharaoh’s Horses captivated the crowd with three unique heat-press print designs. Drawing on Greek mythology and each shoe’s sporting history, his prints were available to apply to T-shirts, adding a personal touch to attendees' fits. Hair stylist Junz Loke of 35a salon offered playful, Three Stripes-inspired clip-on hair extensions, adding a colorful twist to party looks.

Yang of Devil’s Play Craft introduced detachable leather patches with punk-inspired fringes and silver studs, allowing guests to customize their adidas sneakers. Miao of Miao Atelier contributed multi-functional accessories, including quirky "blob" designs and colorful charms that could be worn as earrings, key chains, or shoe charms.

The highlight of the event was the custom sneakers by Klingsmen Lee of Classified Footwear, who presented uniquely customized Samba, Gazelle and Spezial sneakers embodying the "sole swap" trend. Guests enjoyed bites from Afiq Rezza of Yunos & Family, including favorites like mee rebus and satay.

The evening featured a fashion showcase soundtracked by local spoken-word artist San The Wordsmith. Models walked the runway in Terrace-inspired looks and accessories by Devil’s Play Craft, Pharaoh’s Horses and Miao Atelier, with hairstyling by Junz Loke. Additionally, DJs Jenn Chunes and Bongoman of Super Enjoy kept the energy high with their beats, ensuring the party continued into the night.
