A unique 2015 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, inspired by the iconic Transformers film series, is set to hit the auction block through Sotheby’s Sealed. This special edition, one of only 92 Grand Sport Vitesse models ever built, merges high performance with exclusive design, making it a standout in automotive circles.

Commissioned by a dedicated Transformers fan, the car features bespoke elements that celebrate the franchise inside and out. It boasts a distinctive light blue and contrasting blue carbon fiber trim exterior, complete with clear taillights and diamond-cut wheels. The theme extends to the interior, which features two-tone blue and black leather upholstery, Sport Comfort seats and blue contrasting stitching. A Transformers Autobot logo is prominently placed between the seats, further accentuating the unique livery.

Under the hood, the Grand Sport Vitesse is powered by a quad-turbo W-16 engine, delivering an impressive 1,200 hp. It is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 in just 2.6 seconds, with a top speed of over 250 mph, making it the fastest production roadster ever built. This model also benefits from a strengthened chassis that minimizes body roll during intense driving maneuvers.

First assembled in October 2014, this Veyron has traveled just under 3,230 miles, showcasing its pristine condition. After spending its early years in the U.S., including appearances at Monterey Car Week and the San Francisco International Auto Show, the vehicle returned to Europe. It has been meticulously maintained, with its most recent service conducted by Bugatti Munich in 2022.

While an official estimate has not been provided by Sotheby's at the time of writing, we expect that the Transformers-themed vehicle could fetch as much as $2,500,000 USD at auction -- which is set to take place on May 1, with registration open now via Sotheby's Sealed.
