SAN ANTONIO - A man convicted as a teen for the rape of a 10-year-old boy is accused of violating a court order that he register as a sex offender every year for the rest of his life.

Marcus Abidemi Osibodu, 25, was convicted in 2006 of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Osibodu was 14 when he received 36 months of juvenile probation.

"In 2015, a warrant was issued for Osibodu's arrest, following an indictment filed with the Bexar County 187th District Court. The indictment alleged that Osibodu failed to register as a sex offender with the local law enforcement authority," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman.

The shows Osibodu is supposed to report his address to law enforcement annually.

Osibodu is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

"His last known place of residence was on the Southwest Side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.

If you have any information on Osibodu's whereabouts, call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at (210) 657-8500.
