This New 190-Foot Superyacht Has a Spa-Jet Pool Perched on Its Flydeck
Tanoka’s latest superyacht is sure to sparkle on the seas.
The Italian shipyard’s new fully custom build, Diamond Binta, made its world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September, and the brand is now unveiling a closer look at the vessel. The first 190-footer in Tanoka’s T580 series, it was delivered last summer to an owner who wanted to merge long-range cruising capabilities with their distinctive style.
To do just that, Tanoka tapped Francesco Paszkowski Design to create Diamond Binta’s sleek exterior. On the flydeck, you’ll find a built-in pool with spa jets, custom made by the shipyard, as well as a spacious lounging area, alfresco dining, and a bar (which is also bespoke).
Breed MediaMoving toward the superyacht’s center, an enclosed gym offers up sweeping views of the seas, complete with glass doors that can be opened up to enjoy the breeze or closed to create a climate-controlled escape; as for tenders, they can be housed in the garage, which can hold any ride up to 30 feet. The helipad on the upper deck is also ready for any arrivals.
Another standout is the beach club, offering up a roomy seating space and a treatment room, which includes a glass wall that fills the space with light when the two side terraces are lowered and the transom door is opened. A skylight from the main deck brings even more sunshine to the area.
Inside, meanwhile, Paszkowski collaborated with Margherita Casprini to bring neutral hues, modern design cues, and plenty of oak, including a “tatami” texture on the floor, into the fold. Diamond Binta is home to five guest cabins, sleeping up to 12, as well as the full-beam owner’s suite, accented by asymmetrical shapes, a drop-down terrace, and a starboard side lounge. A guest corridor also runs through the center of the vessel, connecting the beach club to the lower-deck guest accommodation.
Breed MediaAs you’d expect, nearly all the furniture on board was custom designed, with pieces from Minotti and Poltrona Frau dotted throughout the interior. Marble touches can be seen throughout the space, too, from Calacatta in the lobby to Fior di Bosco in the bathrooms. And to add some more lighting to the interior, the ceilings are equipped with LED strips for a warm glow.
“Our design philosophy for Diamond Binta included the owner’s requests and extended beyond them, focusing on creating a welcoming ambience defined by understated elegance,” Paszkowski said in a statement. “We emphasized the interplay of architectural forms, extensive wood applications, and a neutral color palette to craft spaces that are harmonious and timeless.”
And you can catch the superyacht stateside at the Palm Beach International Boat Show this year—which, since the event is taking place in March, means you won’t have to wait long to check out Diamond Binta for yourself.
