This Christmas, G-SHOCK and KFC are teaming up for a unique collaboration celebrating their Japanese heritage. This partnership unveils a limited-edition timepiece that combines G-SHOCK’s legendary toughness with KFC’s iconic role in Japanese Christmas traditions.
Since the 1970s, KFC has become a holiday staple in Japan, thanks to its “Kentucky is Christmas” campaign. In tribute to this festive tradition, G-SHOCK has reimagined its iconic GA-2100 timepiece in a bold red design featuring distinctive KFC branding.
The watch is engineered with carbon core guard technology for exceptional durability. It is water-resistant to 200 meters, shock-resistant and equipped with multifunctional features, including alarms and a countdown timer. Its exclusive design also highlights the cultural connection between G-SHOCK and KFC.
This special-edition timepiece is not available for purchase but is being offered as a complimentary giveaway. In tribute to KFC’s iconic 11 herbs and spices, only 11 watches have been created. Starting December 14, one watch will be released each day at 11:11 a.m. GMT on the KFC online shop, with the final giveaway on Christmas Eve.
