The Sovereign Collection is the first and only apartment project on the private archipelago of the Sovereign Islands and will be developed alongside the existing marina on The Sovereign Mile.

The redeveloped 32-berth marina will accommodate vessels up to 100-feet alongside the 10 luxurious apartments. The developer is in discussions with marina companies for refurbishment works.

Core Property Partners Managing Director Nathan Andersen said for owners, the ability to step out of their home and onto their vessel was a distinct advantage.
