Cole jumps to defence of Chelsea manager Pochettino

Chelsea hero Joe Cole has jumped to the defence of manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Pochettino's future remains up for debate as the Blues battle a fresh slump.

But Cole said on TNT: “I think he has the most difficult task in world football.

"This is because it is clear that he does not have total control of entries and exits.

“Changing managers, I promise you, is not the right solution..."
