The champion appeared on the latest Strictly Come Dancing spin-off show where she competed in the Strictly Pro Challenge, which sees the rival dancers going up against each other to successfully land the most Charleston swivels in 30 seconds.

Naturally, Karen, 35, nailed the task at hand and found herself at the top of the leaderboard.

After host Zoe Ball, 47, announced that Karen successfully performed 21 legal swivels, she was ambushed by rival Katya Jones, former frontrunner of the comical contest.

Waiting in the wings, Katya, 28, dashed to the It Takes Two sofa and catapulted herself onto Karen, which proved to be disastrous.

“Oh, my bra’s fallen down,” Karen, gasped before swiftly readjusting herself.

Turning to her close friend Katya, she pleaded: “I’m sorry, I love you! Merry Christmas!”

“You owe me chicken nuggets,” Katya teased, before Zoe joked: “Friendship done.”

The chaos comes after it was reported that Karen and her husband, fellow Strictly star Kevin Clifton, 35, are on the rocks

However, following the onslaught of speculation, she was later seen defiantly wearing her wedding ring, suggesting all is well in camp Clifton.

It Takes Two continues tomorrow at 6pm on BBC Two, while Strictly Come Dancing returns at 6.45pm Saturday on BBC One.
