If you've resorted to dating websites to find love, you're not alone. An unlucky-in-love penguin has, too, created a profile on the dating website Plenty of Fish to find a mate for life.
Spruce, a 1-year-old Humboldt penguin, has been unable to find a mate among the 13 other penguins at his home in the Weymouth Sea Life Adventure Park, UPI reports. Park staff say that the other penguins in Spruce's group are either male or coupled up. So they created a profile for him, hoping to draw attention from other penguin care facilities who might be willing to send a lady for Spruce.

Overwatch League is getting its own developmental league for teams and players who are almost-but-not-quite ready to make it to the big leagues: Overwatch Contenders.
Blizzard announced the Overwatch Contenders developmental league today, offering aspiring Overwatch pros a chance to hone their skills and show off their talents to Overwatch League teams in a structured competitive league. The Contenders league kicks off this summer with Season 0 — open to anyone in North America and Europe — to determine which teams will be competing in Contenders Season 1.
Overwatch Contenders is kind of like a cross between League of Legends' Challenger Series developmental league and Minor League Baseball. Teams in Contenders won't have a chance to steal an Overwatch League team's spot like League's Challenger Series teams do. Instead, individuals (or potentially entire rosters of Contenders teams) would get signed by an Overwatch League team. Where platforms, social technology, and the internet at large are concerned, over its brief history, Facebook's been the exception to so, so many rules.
Except for one.
"There’s no silver bullet for abuse. It’s just a constant area of focus. Unfortunately abuse is human nature," Kayvon Beykpour, CEO of Periscope, explained over coffee back in January, when asked point blank about abuse on the platform.
Months later, we now know just how much Facebook has worked to get a handle on abuse, and get it right—and also, just how far they are from that goal. On Sunday, The Guardian published a trove of leaked documents from Facebook detailing the social network's moderation guidelines. In a new Acura NSX short film, dreams of becoming a race car driver start early for a young boy in his rural hometown. The visual, named "Beginnings," was written and directed by Italian director Alessandro Pacciani and follows a child as he becomes a young adult pursuing his passion for professional racing. The Acura NSX serves as the perfect hybrid sports car for the film's main character to use as he trains for an event, displaying his heartache and hard work towards becoming a champion race car driver. The video even accomplishes to channel the spirit and essence of Ayrton Senna, who helped develop the original NSX back in the late '80s and is regarded as one of the greatest Formula 1 champions in racing history.
The 2017 Acura NSX boasts three electronic motors, a 3.5 L twin-turbo V6 engine, nearly 600 horsepower, and can reach speeds of 191 miles per hour. Curva red is the slick colorway of the car within the short. Acura's supercar NSW rivals classic models like the Corvette, Porsche 911, and the Audi R8. It retails for approximately $160,000 USD.
