Someone threw these cute chickens on a train carriage then fled into the night

Is Borat still inspiring people to do dumb sh*t more than ten years on?  When an unknown passenger threw two chickens on to a packed train in Sydney, Australia, before fleeing on Wednesday, it seemed a lot like an act of absurdist comedy. But it's a mystery really. SEE ALSO: Even James Blunt is sick of 'You're Beautiful' The chickens, which appeared to be a white silky and Rhode Island red, were left hanging on the floor of the carriage until two nice people picked them up and took them to train staff. "He just dumped them," an unnamed woman holding one of the chickens told 7 News. While not as chaotic, is certainly shares some similarities to THAT Borat scene. NASA Prepares for Life on Mars With Inflatable Hydroponic Greenhouse Chamber

NASA has long been experimenting with sustainable living in space, but the most important question is how to grow crops to sustain human life while away from Earth. Now, NASA scientists and agriculture researchers have designed an inflatable greenhouse prototype that can grow greens deep in space. The 18 by 7-foot greenhouse is not only used to grow food, but it can help with air revitalization, water recycling, and waste recycling. The carbon dioxide exhaled by astronauts can be used by the plants to photosynthesize and generate oxygen. According to Dr. Gene Giacomelli, director of the controlled environment agriculture center at the University of Arizona, "We’re mimicking what the plants would have if they were on Earth, and using of these processes for life support. the entire system of the lunar greenhouse does represent, in a small way, the biological systems that are here on Earth." Learn more over at NASA, and make sure to check out NASA's archives which were just made available to the public.Click here to view full gallery at

Follow Chef Matty Matheson as He Breaks Down How to Make the Perfect Chicken Yakitori in NYC

After shooting photos with night.shift, painting a mural with Yok and Sheryo, and reimagining vintage with Sami Miro, the final stop on our exploration tour with adidas NMD lands us in New York's Chinatown neighborhood with chef Matty Matheson. As a foodie and TV personality, Matty has built his name on discovering authentically local cuisine experiences at each of the stops he makes. When HYPEBEAST met up with Matty, it was far from his first time in the Big Apple so instead of hitting a restaurant or returning to an old favorite, he decided to show us how to prep some Japanese-style bites in our own backyard. Matty first picked up some meat and veggies south of Canal Street before heading over to the Bowery to grab some cooking gear. Then it was off to Brooklyn to get to grilling and chilling with some friends. Check out the video above to see Matty narrate his journey through NYC in the adidas NMD_R2 PK and keep your eyes on the adidas web store to shop the latest sneaker releases from the line.Read more at

Intimate stories and live actors show just how beautiful VR can be

Hollywood is doing its best to figure out virtual reality, often with less than compelling results.   But a small group of VR producers at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival have successfully innovated their way through experimental territory that big studios have not yet dared to tread, using physical objects and even live actors in their experiences.    SEE ALSO: SpaceVR, SpaceX to launch VR camera into space, bringing the astronaut experience to all Let's start with the very cool and end with the absolutely mind-blowing. Blackout is an attempt to give all big city commuters the super powers they've always wanted: the power to read the minds of your fellow riders. Using gaze-based tracking, the experience allows you to walk through the subway car and, when you stop and stare at a particular person (a real person who has been captured volumetrically), that person's inner monologue begins playing in your ears, delivering a kind of telepathic eavesdropping effect.  Read more...More about Tribeca Film Festival, Virtual Reality, Vr, and Entertainment

Heineken’s New Video Delivers What Pepsi Couldn’t With Its Failed Kendall Jenner Ad

Heineken just unleashed a new political commercial that has so far been well-received with the public audience, something that Pepsi failed to do with its Kendall Jenner ad. Heineken’s “Worlds Apart" ad -- which is part of its #OpenYourWorld campaign -- features pairs of people who have some diametrically opposed views on climate change, transgender rights, and feminism. The experiment aims to answer, “Can two strangers with opposing views prove that there’s more that unites than divides us?” Will the subjects walk away, talk it out, or have a beer? Check out the video above. I don't drink beer. But maaaaybe I will now? (No, I hate the taste. But this is beautiful) — Taran Killam (@TaranKillam) April 26, 2017 This is brilliant. This is what it's ALL ABOUT. Go @Heineken — Sarah Silverman (@SarahKSilverman) April 26, 2017Read more at
