CHINA'S major industrial firms continued to post double-digit growth in March, adding to signs of a stabilizing Chinese economy, official data showed Thursday. STATE-OWNED enterprises saw their profit growth slow in March as net earnings in the electricity industry declined, the Ministry of Finance said in a statement yesterday.
